Enable ‘Allow Online Signup’
By enabling the ‘Allow Online Signup’ in your booking template (only available for the Standard version), you are giving permission for customers to sign up to your gym or facility via our online sign up form. They will also be allowed to book in for any class or session you are offering, even if they are not a member of your facility. With our online sign up tool, prospective members no longer need to wait until staffed hours or when your gym is open to sign up; they can do it independently on the online sign up form.
Share your sign up link
By allowing online sign ups, you will then be given a sign up link. Share this link with your members or prospective customers so that they can have access to the online sign up form. The link will give way to our sign up form with a big call-to-action button that will mean that the possibility of more members and more bookings. Alternatively, for online bookings, you can create and customise your own sign up link for your target audience. You can adapt it based on their preferences on dates, times, available time slots. It even gives you them the option of booking in for the remaining sessions for that class, or just a single session.
Online sign-up form
iconnect360 has taken advantage of the wave of social media that has taken the world by storm and optimised the potential for people to hear about your club. Customers can sign up using their Facebook details by connecting their Facebook account. This way, the system automatically completes the required fields by scanning it from their Facebook. However, they may need to give iconnect360 permission to retrieve their data including their name, email address, and date of birth. The next step is confirming their new membership, to which they will receive an email, welcoming them to their new membership. They then will be given a link on Facebook, to share this exciting news with the rest of their friends if they wish to do so. This increase of exposure has seen a rise of 10-15% of sales in gyms and centres that have already taken advantage of this function.
Check-in on booking date
Depending on your preference, you can allow customers to check-in on the booking date, even if they are not a member of your gym or club. With Facebook integrated with their account, when they are eligible to check in, the check-in status and status bar will turn green. When the booking date has passed, it will become red and inactive again. Enabling this tool means that you will maximise class and session revenue, and will be given free publicity, two favourite things of every business owner!
